Delete your account
You can delete your n1 account in the app, or ask us by email.
In the app
- Open n1 at app.iamn1.app and sign in.
- Go to Settings ▸ Account.
- Under Leaving, tap Delete account, then Delete in 30 days.
You get 30 days to change your mind. After that your account, sessions and records are anonymised and can’t come back.
Want a copy first? Settings ▸ Data & privacy ▸ Take it with you.
By email
Can't sign in? Write to hello@iamn1.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request comes from that address, then delete the account the same way as in the app.
