Terms of service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account; if you already have one, request its deletion from Settings and sign out.
n1 is operated by Sunfluencer USA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, c/o Corporation Service Company, 1821 Logan Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. You can reach us at hello@iamn1.app.
What the app provides
n1 is a personal fitness companion. It builds training plans, weight recommendations, recovery models and weekly reviews from the data you log, and adapts them to your logged sets over time.
The app is free to use.
Not medical advice
The app is a fitness tool, not a medical service. Training recommendations, body-composition projections, and rest calculations are educational guidance — not diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans.
Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any training programme, especially if you have a heart condition, pregnancy-related considerations, recent surgery, or any symptom that should be evaluated.
Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, or any unusual symptom during or after a workout.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us immediately at hello@iamn1.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You may create one account per person. Sharing an account with another individual compromises every recommendation the app produces (it personalises to one user, not several).
- You may close your account at any time from Settings.
Text written with a language model
Workouts in n1 are chosen by n1's own rules from your recovery, your history and your profile. Some short texts are written with the help of a language model, from your own data: replies in the coach chat, coach messages (the note after a workout, the evening summary and the weekly review), and the wording of the morning brief. A language model also estimates the food in a meal you describe in words. The note after a workout and the morning brief are checked against your numbers before you see them. Model text can occasionally be wrong. Treat it as a suggestion, not a command. If anything conflicts with your medical situation or feels off, ignore it.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-attack the API.
- Don't upload progress photos or other content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
- Don't impersonate other users or attempt to access another account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, n1 is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, including any warranty that following the app's recommendations will produce specific results. Because the app is free, your total remedy for any claim arising out of the app is limited to 100 US dollars (USD 100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; substantial changes will be highlighted in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after the effective date counts as acceptance.
