What does n1 cost?
Nothing. Every feature is free. There is no subscription and no card.
Do I need to install anything?
No. n1 runs in your browser at app.iamn1.app. To keep it on your home screen: on iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, open the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
They arrive with the store release, with the Apple Watch and Wear OS apps. Until then, use n1 in your browser.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. Tell n1 your kit, from a full gym to a pair of dumbbells, and it plans around it. You can change your kit any time.
How do I change the language?
Settings ▸ Language & time.
Is n1 medical advice?
No. n1 is a fitness tool. Talk to a doctor before you start training, especially with a heart condition, a pregnancy or a recent operation.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings ▸ Data & privacy ▸ Take it with you.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, or by email. The steps are on the Delete account page. Delete your account
